He took his time to explain any and all issues. Jose made great recommendations based on his experience, he then executed the plans we made perfectly. He was very professional throughout the whole process, was on time as he said he would be, and we loved the fact that he took his time to explain everything he was doing to help us understand. When he was finished he sent a little video with a walkover to make sure we liked the work. Overall he was a very down to earth and humble guy.
